Description
A polished nickel semi-flush mount with a circular opal glass shade, designed by Steven Sabados for the Eclipse collection - ideal for bedrooms, hallways, and foyers.
The Eclipse collection pairs a plated polished nickel frame with a glowing opal glass diffuser for a clean, contemporary look. The semi-flush design sits close to the ceiling, making it a good fit for rooms with standard or slightly lower ceilings. At 12 inches wide and 14 inches tall, it provides a soft, even glow without dominating the space.
Best for
- Bedrooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings
- Hallways and foyers where a close-to-ceiling light is needed
- Powder rooms and bathrooms without direct shower exposure
- Closets and laundry rooms needing soft overhead light
- Rooms where a full pendant would hang too low
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for interior/dry locations only
- Rooms where you need a dimmable fixture - this semi-flush mount is not dimmable
- Spaces needing a bright primary light source - it uses a single 60W bulb
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you install - the fixture accepts one 60W bulb (not included). With a standard 60W-equivalent LED, expect roughly 800 lumens, about as bright as a traditional 60W incandescent. That's ideal for ambient light in small to medium rooms, not as a primary light for large spaces.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb you choose. The opal glass diffuses the output into a soft, even glow that reduces glare. This fixture is not dimmable, so choose a bulb with the color temperature you want for the room.
Sizing and fit
Measures 12 inches wide by 14 inches tall. The semi-flush design sits close to the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings. Not adaptable to sloped ceilings.
