Description
A single-light globe pendant for kitchen islands and dining rooms, blending black metal, natural jute, and clear glass.
The Capilano pendant pairs a clean black metal frame with a hand-wrapped natural jute accent and a clear glass globe shade. It is a compact, contemporary piece that adds texture and warmth without visual weight, making it easy to layer over a counter or breakfast nook.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars where a small accent pendant is needed
- Dining rooms and eat-in kitchens with 8-9 ft ceilings
- Entryways and hallways that need a warm, textured focal point
- Pairing in multiples over a long counter or table
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Rooms where a single bright light source is required; this is an accent pendant
- Very high ceilings if you need a long drop - cable length is 120 in
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. It uses one 4W G9 bulb (not included), which provides accent-level light rather than primary room illumination.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. The clear glass shade lets the bulb show through, so a warm-white G9 LED will create a soft, inviting glow. The fixture is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 5.9 in L x 5.9 in W x 13.1 in H, with a height range of 13.1 to 134.7 in. The 4.7 in round canopy fits most standard junction boxes. Sloped ceiling compatible.
