Description
A 16-inch outdoor hanging pendant for covered patios and porches, finished in matte black with harvest brass accents and clear glass.
The Bradgate collection pairs four-sided clear glass with harvest brass knobs and matte black hardware for a transitional look that works on both traditional and modern homes. The clear glass lets the bulb show through, so a decorative filament bulb adds character. Matching chain pendants and posts are available for a coordinated exterior.

How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you choose. It takes one 60W medium-base bulb (not included), roughly 800 lumens with a standard incandescent - good for lighting a porch seating area, not for flooding a large yard. A 60W-equivalent LED gives similar light with lower energy use.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is set by the bulb, not the fixture. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb gives a soft, welcoming glow that flatters brick, stone, and wood exteriors. It is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
Measures 6.75 in long x 6.75 in wide x 16 in high and weighs 15 lbs. It hangs from a chain (included). At 16 inches tall, it suits porches and patios with standard 8 to 10 foot ceilings.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
