Artcraft Astra 29in 1-Light Island Light | Contemporary Black and Smoke Ombre Glass | Kitchen Island & Dining Room | 29 x 9 x 9 in | Model AC6911SM

A 29-inch linear LED island light with smoke ombre glass shades over a white inner tube, framed in black metal.

The Astra island light takes the collection's smoke ombre glass and stretches it across a 29-inch linear frame, so you get an even wash of light over a long counter or dining table. The white LED inner tube sits inside the glass layers, and the black metal frame keeps the look clean and contemporary. At 3620 lumens it has enough output to serve as the main light over a kitchen island.

Best for

• Kitchen islands and peninsulas - sized for a long counter that needs even light across its length
• Dining rooms and open-plan kitchens with 8- to 9-foot ceilings
• Contemporary and modern interiors with black, gray, or smoked-glass accents
• Sloped or vaulted ceilings - the fixture is rated for sloped ceiling installation

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms, covered patios, or any space with moisture - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
• Small kitchens or narrow breakfast bars - at 29 inches wide it needs a long surface beneath it

How bright is it?

3620 lumens - roughly comparable to two 100W incandescent bulbs. That is bright enough to be the primary light over a kitchen island or dining table.

Light color and feel

3000K warm white - a soft, golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 80 renders colors well for everyday living spaces. The fixture is dimmable with a compatible dimmer (dimmer not included).
