Description
A 23-inch round LED pendant for kitchen islands and dining rooms, finished in semi-gloss black aluminum with a spring-inspired silhouette.
The Ara pendant is designed to look different from every angle - the spring-type form shifts as you move through the room, which keeps it visually interesting without being busy. It hangs on height-adjustable aircraft-style cables, so you can tune the drop to your ceiling and counter. Integrated LED keeps the look clean and the maintenance low.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 7-9 ft long, hung singly or in pairs
- Dining rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings
- Modern and minimalist interiors with black or dark metal accents
- Foyers and stairwells where a sculptural pendant adds interest
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need a long drop
- Spaces where you want a traditional or ornate chandelier look
How bright is it?
3300 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 200W incandescent bulb. Bright enough to light a kitchen island or dining table as the primary source, with a wide downlight spread.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white - a soft, slightly golden tone similar to traditional incandescent. CRI 80 renders colors accurately for everyday living. Dimmable with an appropriate LED-rated dimmer switch, so you can go from bright task light to a warm dinner-party glow.
Sizing and fit
23 in diameter x 4 in high. Hanging length adjusts from 9.54 in to 72 in, so it works with standard 8-10 ft ceilings. Canopy is 5.9 in x 5.9 in. Sloped ceiling adaptable. Weighs 5.5 lbs.
