Description
A mid-century modern 3-light semi-flush mount with sputnik-style arms and opal matte glass globes, finished in aged gold - perfect for dining rooms and living spaces.
The Cassia collection by Alora Mood blends retro shapes with contemporary boho flair. This semi-flush mount features three arms extending from a round canopy, each topped with an opal matte glass globe. The aged gold finish adds warmth and sophistication, making it a statement piece in any room.
Best for
- Dining rooms with tables 48-60 in long, centered above for ambient and accent light
- Living rooms and family rooms as a central ceiling fixture, especially with 8-9 ft ceilings
- Entryways and foyers, creating a welcoming focal point
- Bedrooms with 9+ ft ceilings, providing soft ambient light
- Open-plan spaces where a touch of mid-century character is desired
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft - the fixture hangs 7.62 in and may feel low
- Task lighting - the opal glass diffuses light broadly, not directional
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on bulbs used (3 x 40W max candelabra base, not included). With three 40W incandescent bulbs, expect approximately 1500 lumens total - suitable for ambient lighting in medium rooms. LED bulbs can provide equivalent or higher output with less heat.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on bulbs chosen. For a warm ambiance, use 2700K-3000K LED bulbs. The opal matte glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm glow. Not dimmable unless dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer are used.
Sizing and fit
17.75 inches in diameter and 7.62 inches in height. Canopy is 4.75 inches in diameter. Best suited for ceilings 8 ft or higher.
