A 20-inch tall two-light wall sconce in light antique brass with white glass cylinder diffusers, built for hallways, foyers, and general wall lighting.

Is the bulb included? No - bulbs are replaceable and sold separately. It takes two E26 medium base T10 bulbs, 120W max total.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulbs and dimmer you pair it with; the fixture itself is not rated dimmable in the source specs. Use dimmable bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer.
