Dual-level brightness functionality is controlled through your wall switch (not included). Turn the wall switch off and on twice within 3 seconds for approximately 30% of full brightness. Revert back to the default 100% of full brightness by turning the wall switch off, and then on after 5 seconds. Plus there are versatile wall or eave mounting options. All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
