With the Suratto collection (Japanese word for slender or slat), Varaluz has embraced the wabi-sabi concept of imperfection to create the perfect complement to your interior design. Inspired by distilled Japanese woodwork and fusuma (vertical rectangular panels), Suratto is crafted using reclaimed wood. Varaluz makes every attempt to repair the wood to be attractive and marking free—as though new and pristine—but with one-of-a-kind variations in grain and markings intrinsic to a re-worked product. Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
