Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL/CUL listed for dry locations only, so it is suitable for bathrooms away from direct water spray, but not for shower stalls or outdoor areas.

What's the warranty? Toltec offers a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Can the shades be replaced or removed? The glass shades are fixed and not designed to be user-replaced. Handle with care during installation.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
