Brightness depends on the bulbs used (not included). The fixture accepts two medium-base bulbs up to 100W each (incandescent equivalent). With LED bulbs, expect 800-1600 lumens total, suitable for ambient and accent lighting in medium-sized bathrooms.

All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
