How bright is it?

Brightness depends on the bulbs used (not included). The fixture accepts four medium-base bulbs up to 100W each, allowing you to choose the lumen output. For a typical bathroom, 4 x 60W equivalent LED bulbs (about 800 lumens each) provide bright, functional light.
