AeroPilates can help you shape a long, lean and beautiful body. With 3 workouts on one DVD, the Total Body Tone and Lengthen Workout series lets you choose what part of your body you wish to workout. Choose from Upper Body, Lower Body, or Core and get the results you are after.

Shipping information
Most of our items will ship within 24-48 hours within the receipt of the order.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
