Description
A 96-inch downrod smart ceiling fan for large indoor and covered outdoor spaces, with a Black motor and Weathered Wood blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom delivers powerful airflow up to 12,413 CFM from its quiet 6-speed DC motor. The Black finish pairs with Weathered Wood Buttonwood blades for a natural, contemporary look. This fan is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) and includes the TR360 remote and Wi-Fi fanSync app control. Damp rated for covered outdoor use, it brings smart comfort to expansive rooms.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where damp-rated construction withstands humidity
- Great rooms and open-plan living areas with ceilings at least 9 ft high
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms needing both airflow and adjustable light
- Large bedrooms or home gyms where a downrod mount suits higher ceilings
- Spaces where smart control via app or voice assistant is desired
Not ideal for
- Directly exposed outdoor areas without a roof or cover - this fan is damp rated, not wet rated
- Small rooms under 12 x 12 ft, where the 96-inch sweep may be overpowering
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft, as the downrod adds height
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit; the optional LED module produces 1600 lumens when added, comparable to a 100W incandescent bulb.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from 2700K warm white, 3000K soft white, 3500K neutral, 4000K cool white, or 5000K daylight, with a CRI of 90 for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
With a 96-inch blade sweep and 19.69-inch height from ceiling to bottom (using the 12-inch downrod), this fan suits rooms at least 15 x 15 ft. The included 6-inch and 12-inch downrods allow flexible installation on flat or sloped ceilings up to 20°.
