Description
An 84-inch downrod smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit, finished in black with whiskey wood blades, for large indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom combines a sleek black housing with three whiskey wood blades and a built-in 18-watt LED light kit featuring CCT Select technology. You can shift the light from warm 2700K to daylight 5000K, and control everything - fan speed, direction, dimming, and color temperature - via the included TR360 remote or the fanSync app. Damp-rated for covered patios and porches, this fan delivers powerful airflow up to 10,688 CFM with quiet efficiency.
Best for
- Covered patios, porches, and sunrooms where damp-rated fixtures are needed
- Great rooms, open-plan living areas, and large bedrooms 18x20 ft or larger
- Rooms with standard or slightly sloped ceilings (up to 20° slope) using the included downrods
- Spaces where you want integrated lighting with adjustable color temperature
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Small rooms under 12x12 ft where an 84-inch sweep would overwhelm the space
- Low ceilings under 8 ft if you need the fan to hang at the recommended 7-9 ft height
How bright is it?
The integrated 18-watt LED light kit delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a large room.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures - 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) - to match the mood. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable via the remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This downrod fan measures 84 inches in diameter and hangs 19.42 inches from the ceiling with the included 6-inch downrod (or 25.42 inches with the 12-inch downrod). It suits rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings; optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.
