Description
An 84-inch smart ceiling fan with a Dark Bronze motor and White Washed blades, built for large covered outdoor and indoor living spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a streamlined Dark Bronze housing with three White Washed blades for a fresh, coastal-inspired look. Its 6-speed DC motor moves up to 10,688 CFM quietly, and the included TR360 remote plus Wi-Fi fanSync app control make it easy to adjust from anywhere. Damp rated, it's a versatile choice for covered patios, porches, sunrooms, and great rooms.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where you want powerful airflow without direct rain exposure
- Large living rooms and great rooms with ceilings 8 feet or higher
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need year-round comfort
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms with high humidity (damp-rated)
- Smart-home setups with voice assistants or the fanSync app
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Small rooms under 12x12 feet where an 84-inch sweep would be overpowering
- Ceilings steeper than 20 degrees without an additional sloped-ceiling adapter
How bright is it?
This fan is compatible with an optional LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers up to 2,000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb, bright enough for ambient lighting in a large room. Without the light kit, the fan provides no illumination.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures - 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) - to match your mood and decor. The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vibrant and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
With an 84-inch blade sweep and 14-degree blade pitch, this fan is designed for large spaces. It includes 6-inch and 12-inch downrods, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available to achieve the recommended 7-9 foot hanging height. The canopy is 8.76 inches in diameter, and the motor housing is 8.07 inches wide.
