The included LED light kit features CCT Select technology, letting you choose from five color temperatures, and the fan is controlled via the included TR360 remote or the fanSync app with voice assistant compatibility.

How bright is it?
The integrated LED module produces 2000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 150W incandescent bulb. This is bright enough to serve as the primary light in a large living area or covered patio, and it's dimmable for softer ambient lighting.

Sizing and fit
This fan has a 72-inch blade sweep and an overall height of 16 inches with the light kit (using the 6-inch downrod) or 22 inches (with the 12-inch downrod). It's designed for flat or slightly sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The included downrods allow for a hanging height of 7 to 9 feet, ideal for most rooms.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
