Description
A 64-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire DC Custom collection, finished in matte white with whiskey wood blades, for covered outdoor and indoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a streamlined matte white motor housing with three whiskey wood blades for a warm, contemporary look. Its 6-speed DC motor delivers powerful yet quiet airflow up to 8,754 CFM, and the included TR360 remote and Wi-Fi fanSync app give you full control. This flush-mount version sits close to the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with lower ceilings.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated motor and moisture-resistant blades handle humidity without direct rain exposure
- Bedrooms and living rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, mounted flush to avoid a low-hanging profile
- Sunrooms and laundry rooms that need reliable air movement in humid conditions
- Open-plan spaces up to 20 x 20 ft, where the 64-inch sweep moves air effectively
- Smart-home setups, with Wi-Fi control via the fanSync app and voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Small rooms under 10 x 10 ft, where the 64-inch blade sweep may feel oversized
- Sloped ceilings - this flush-mount version is designed for flat ceilings only
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, but it is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1,600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in a medium room.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures - 2700K (warm white) to 5000K (daylight) - to match your mood and decor. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
With a 64-inch blade sweep and a height of just 9.65 inches from the ceiling, this flush-mount fan fits rooms with 8-foot ceilings comfortably. The overall dimensions are 64 x 64 x 9.65 inches, and it weighs 20.7 pounds.
