Description
A 64-inch downrod smart ceiling fan with brushed satin brass finish and koa wood blades, designed for indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom combines a sleek, modern aesthetic with powerful, quiet performance. Its brushed satin brass motor housing and koa wood blades bring warmth and style to any room. This fan is compatible with an optional integrated LED light kit (sold separately) and includes Wi-Fi connectivity and a handheld remote for effortless control.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated construction handles humidity and moisture
- Living rooms and great rooms up to 20x20 ft, providing strong airflow up to 8,754 CFM
- Bedrooms and home offices, with 6 speeds and a quiet DC motor for whisper-soft operation
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms, adding comfort and style
- Rooms with sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees, thanks to the included downrods
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Low ceilings under 8 ft - the downrod adds height, so a flush mount version is better
- Spaces where you want a traditional pull-chain control - this fan uses a remote and app
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, but it is compatible with Fanimation's integrated LED light kit (sold separately) that produces up to 2000 lumens - comparable to a 150-watt incandescent bulb. The light kit is dimmable and offers five color temperatures.
Light color and feel
When paired with the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures - 2700K (warm white), 3000K (soft white), 3500K (neutral), 4000K (cool white), and 5000K (daylight). With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and true. The light is fully dimmable via remote or app.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 64 inches in diameter and hangs 19.69 inches from the ceiling with the included 12-inch downrod. It is designed for flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees, and optional downrods up to 72 inches are available for higher ceilings.
