Description
A 64-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire DC Custom collection, finished in antique graphite with black blades, for indoor and covered outdoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom pairs a streamlined, low-profile design with serious airflow. The antique graphite motor housing and black buttonwood blades give it a modern, industrial look that suits contemporary patios, porches, and great rooms. Its 6-speed DC motor moves up to 8,754 CFM while staying quiet and energy-efficient, and the included TR360 remote plus Wi-Fi fanSync app control make it easy to adjust from anywhere.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated construction handles humidity without direct rain exposure
- Bedrooms and living rooms with low ceilings, thanks to the flush mount that keeps headroom clear
- Sunrooms and laundry rooms that need reliable air movement in moist conditions
- Large open-plan spaces up to 400 sq ft, where the 64-inch sweep delivers strong, even airflow
- Smart-home setups, with voice assistant and app control via fanSync
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Small rooms under 100 sq ft, where the 64-inch blades may feel oversized
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you prefer a downrod mount - the flush option is best here
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with an optional integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that delivers 1,600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - suitable for ambient lighting in medium to large rooms.
Light color and feel
With the optional light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures - 2700K warm white, 3000K soft white, 3500K neutral, 4000K cool white, or 5000K daylight - so you can match the mood from cozy to crisp. The high CRI of 90 means colors appear accurate, ideal for living spaces and kitchens.
Sizing and fit
This flush-mount fan measures 64 inches wide, 64 inches deep, and 9.65 inches from ceiling to bottom, making it a great fit for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The 64-inch blade sweep suits large rooms, and the included ceiling bracket mounts directly to a flat ceiling.
