How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit, so brightness depends on the optional 18-watt LED light kit you add. When installed, the light kit delivers 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional LED light kit, you can choose from five color temperatures (2700K to 5000K) to shift from warm, cozy light to bright daylight. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear accurate, making it a good choice for spaces where you want true-to-life lighting.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
