Description
A 54-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan from Fanimation's Spitfire collection, finished in black with black blades, for covered outdoor and indoor spaces.
The Spitfire DC Custom combines a sleek, low-profile design with powerful performance. Its 6-speed DC motor delivers up to 7,307 CFM of airflow while staying quiet and energy-efficient. The black motor and blades create a modern look that suits contemporary and transitional interiors. With Wi-Fi enabled fanSync technology, you can control the fan from your smartphone or voice assistant. The included TR360 remote offers convenient control of speed, reversing, and optional light settings.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated construction withstands humidity and moisture
- Bedrooms and living rooms with low ceilings, thanks to the flush mount design
- Sunrooms and laundry rooms that need reliable air circulation
- Large rooms up to 400 square feet, providing strong airflow
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water, as this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Rooms with ceilings higher than 9 feet, as the flush mount limits hanging height
How bright is it?
This fan is compatible with an optional 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately) that provides 1600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb, suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms.
Light color and feel
With the optional light kit, you can select from five color temperatures (2700K to 5000K) to create the perfect ambiance, from warm and cozy to bright and energizing. The high CRI of 90 ensures colors appear natural and vibrant.
Sizing and fit
This fan measures 54 inches in diameter and 9.65 inches from ceiling to bottom, making it ideal for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The flush mount design keeps it close to the ceiling, maximizing headroom.
