How bright is it?
The integrated LED module delivers 1600 lumens—comparable to a 100-watt incandescent bulb—making it suitable for ambient lighting in medium-sized rooms. It is not intended as a primary task light.
Light color and feel
Choose from five color temperatures—2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K—ranging from warm, cozy light to bright daylight. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vivid and accurate. The light is dimmable via the included remote.
Sizing and fit
This flush-mount fan measures 54 inches in diameter and hangs 11.33 inches from the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with 8-foot ceilings. The included canopy fits flat ceilings, and the KwikWire system simplifies wiring.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
