Description
A 54-inch flush-mount smart ceiling fan for covered patios, porches, and low-ceiling rooms, finished in brushed nickel with black blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom from Fanimation pairs a sleek, low-profile design with serious airflow. Its 6-speed DC motor moves up to 7,307 CFM quietly, and the included TR360 remote puts fan speed, reversing, and optional light control at your fingertips. Wi-Fi enabled fanSync lets you adjust comfort from your phone or voice assistant, while the damp-rated construction stands up to humid, covered outdoor spaces.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches where a flush mount keeps headroom clear
- Bedrooms and living rooms with ceilings under 8 feet
- Sunrooms and laundry rooms that need reliable air movement in humidity
- Smart-home setups - control via fanSync app, Alexa, or Google Assistant
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings above 10 feet - a downrod model gives better airflow reach
- Directly exposed outdoor areas - this fan is damp-rated, not wet-rated
- Anyone who wants a light kit included - this version is compatible but the light kit is sold separately
How bright is it?
This fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with Fanimation's integrated 18-watt LED light kit (sold separately), which delivers 1,600 lumens - about as bright as a 100W incandescent bulb - when added.
Light color and feel
If you add the optional light kit, CCT Select technology lets you choose from five color temperatures - 2700K warm white to 5000K daylight - so you can match the mood from cozy to crisp. The kit is dimmable and has a 90 CRI for accurate color rendering.
Sizing and fit
This flush-mount fan measures 54 inches wide and hangs just 9.65 inches from the ceiling, making it ideal for rooms with low ceilings. The 54-inch blade sweep suits rooms up to 18 x 18 feet. It mounts flush to a flat ceiling with the included bracket.
