Description
A 54-inch downrod smart ceiling fan with an integrated LED light kit and double-walled marine glass shade, finished in antique graphite with Light Oak blades.
The Spitfire DC Custom combines a sleek, modern motor housing with three Light Oak blades for a clean, natural look. This version includes a 24-watt LED light kit with CCT Select technology, offering five color temperatures from warm to daylight. The double-walled glass shade is constructed with marine-grade materials, making it suitable for outdoor wet locations. The included TR360 remote and Wi-Fi fanSync technology provide full control from anywhere.
Best for
- Covered patios and porches, where the damp-rated motor and marine-grade light kit resist humidity
- Sunrooms and three-season rooms that need flexible air movement and lighting
- Bedrooms and living areas with standard or slightly sloped ceilings, using the included 6-inch or 12-inch downrods
- Bathrooms and laundry rooms where moisture resistance is important
- Smart-home setups, with Wi-Fi control via fanSync and voice assistants
Not ideal for
- Outdoor areas directly exposed to rain or water spray - the fan is damp-rated, though the light kit is marine-grade for wet locations
- Rooms with very low ceilings (under 8 feet) if you use the 12-inch downrod, as it increases hanging height
- Spaces where you prefer a flush mount, since this version uses downrods
How bright is it?
This light kit produces 2000 lumens - roughly equivalent to a 150-watt incandescent bulb. It's bright enough to serve as the primary light in a medium to large room, and it dims smoothly for accent or ambient lighting.
Light color and feel
With CCT Select, you can choose from 2700K (warm white), 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K (daylight). The 90 CRI rating ensures colors appear vivid and accurate, ideal for living spaces.
Sizing and fit
The fan measures 54 inches wide by 54 inches deep and hangs 22 inches from the ceiling with the included 12-inch downrod (16 inches with the 6-inch downrod). It fits flat or sloped ceilings up to 20 degrees. The 54-inch blade sweep suits rooms up to 18 x 20 feet.
