Description
A 100-foot roll of Kichler 6T Series COB tape light in white, delivering a smooth, continuous 3000K warm white light for under-cabinet, shelf, and accent lighting in dry indoor locations.
This COB (Chip-on-Board) tape light uses advanced phosphor coating to eliminate the pixelated look of traditional LED tape, creating a seamless line of light. Rated for dry locations, it's ideal for kitchens, living rooms, shelves, and display cases. The 24V DC system is dimmable and can be cut and reconnected every 2 inches for custom lengths, with a maximum run of 49.2 feet. A high CRI of 90 ensures accurate color rendering.
Best for
- Under-cabinet lighting in kitchens, providing task light on countertops
- Accent lighting on shelves, bookcases, or display cabinets
- Cove lighting in living rooms or media rooms for ambient glow
- Display case lighting for collectibles or merchandise
- Accent lighting behind mirrors or toe kicks in dry indoor areas
Not ideal for
- Outdoor or damp/wet locations—dry rating only
- Primary room lighting—this is accent/task lighting, not a ceiling light
- High-humidity areas like bathrooms or laundry rooms without proper ventilation
How bright is it?
150 lumens per foot—comparable to a 15W incandescent per foot. The total output depends on the length used. Ideal for accent and task lighting, not for general room illumination.
Light color and feel
3000K warm white—a soft, inviting tone similar to traditional incandescent. With a CRI of 90, colors appear vibrant and accurate, making it suitable for kitchens and display areas.
