Description
A 12-inch modern semi-flush mount with a brushed nickel metal dome, ideal for kitchens and hallways.
The Zayne Semi Flush Mount features a simple metal dome that casts light downward, attached to a metal cuff that connects it to the ceiling with a small gap for light leak above the dome. The simple, elegant style looks great displayed alone or in multiples.

How bright is it?
With one 60W G25 bulb (not included), the fixture can produce up to 800 lumens if using an LED equivalent, similar to a 60W incandescent bulb. This is suitable for accent or task lighting, but not as a primary room light.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable, allowing you to adjust the light level. The downward light direction creates a focused beam, ideal for tasks or highlighting a specific area.
Sizing and fit

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
