Description
A 42-inch linear chandelier with a whimsical coiled metal shade and off-white fabric inner shade, ideal for kitchen islands and dining rooms.
The Spiral series brings a sense of playful, multi-layered style to your space. The outer metal shade coils in a light gold finish that matches the body, while the inner off-white fabric shade adds a soft contrast. This transitional piece works well in modern and classic interiors alike.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 6-8 ft long, providing ample task lighting over prep areas
- Dining rooms with 8-10 ft ceilings, as a statement centerpiece
- Open-concept living spaces where a linear silhouette defines zones
- Entryways or foyers with high ceilings, adding a warm welcome
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft - the fixture hangs 8.5 in tall plus cord, so it may feel low
- Spaces needing bright, even task lighting - the fabric shade diffuses light softly
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
How bright is it?
With five 100W medium-base bulbs (not included), this chandelier provides ample ambient light - roughly equivalent to 8000 lumens total, enough to illuminate a large kitchen or dining area. It's designed for overall room lighting, not just accent.
Light color and feel
The light color depends on the bulbs you choose. For a warm, inviting glow similar to traditional incandescent, use 2700K-3000K bulbs. The off-white fabric shade softens the light, reducing glare and creating a cozy atmosphere. This fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs.
