Description
A 5-light chandelier with matte black metal shades and gold interiors, sized for dining rooms and foyers.
The Lockery chandelier pairs traditional silhouette with a modern matte black finish. Each metal shade is finished in gold inside, which bounces light downward and gives the fixture a warm, layered glow. Steel construction keeps the look crisp, and the black-and-gold contrast suits transitional and modern-farmhouse interiors.
Best for
- Dining rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, hung over a 60-72 in table
- Foyers and entryways where a 26 in wide statement piece fits
- Open-concept kitchens with an island or breakfast nook
- Living rooms with vaulted or two-story ceilings
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 4 ft chain drop
- Small powder rooms - the 26.5 in width overwhelms tight spaces
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With five 15W candelabra bulbs, expect a moderate ambient glow - enough to light a dining table, not a whole great room. Use 60W-equivalent LED candelabra bulbs for the brightest result.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulbs you choose. The gold interiors of the shades warm the light and soften glare, so 2700K-3000K bulbs read especially cozy. Dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulbs.
Sizing and fit
26.5 in L x 26.5 in W x 29.25 in H, with a 4 ft chain and 8 ft cord. The 5 in canopy fits standard junction boxes. Best in rooms at least 12 x 12 ft with 8 ft or higher ceilings.
