A 60-inch ceiling fan from Minka Aire's Aviation collection, finished in soft brass, designed for large indoor or covered outdoor spaces.
The Aviation fan combines industrial style with a sleek, modern silhouette. The soft brass finish adds warmth while the 60-inch blade span moves air efficiently in great rooms, covered patios, or commercial spaces. The DC motor is energy-efficient and quiet.
Best for
- Covered patios and outdoor living areas with a ceiling height of at least 8 ft
- Great rooms and open-concept spaces 15x20 ft or larger
- Industrial or transitional interiors where a warm metallic finish complements the decor
Not ideal for
- Small bedrooms or offices under 12x12 ft - the 60-inch span is too large
- Uncovered outdoor areas - this fan is not rated for wet locations

Is a light kit included? No, this fan does not include a light kit. It is compatible with Minka Aire universal light kits.
Is it dimmable? The fan speed is adjustable via pull chain or remote (not included), but the fan itself is not dimmable.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fan is ETL rated for dry locations only. It can be used on covered patios but not in direct rain or wet areas.
What's the warranty? Limited lifetime warranty on motor; 1 year on parts.
Does it come with a remote? No, a remote is not included. It operates via pull chain.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
