Description
A 28-inch, 5-light chandelier from the Austen collection, finished in Black with Lacquered Brass accents, designed for dining rooms and living rooms.
Austen’s slim, exaggerated silhouette creates a chic transitional shape, with knurled candle sleeves and stem details that add texture. The Black and Lacquered Brass finishes pair with exposed bulbs, allowing you to customize the look with your choice of lamp.

How bright is it?
With five 5W candelabra LED bulbs (not included), the fixture can deliver up to 2500 lumens total if using 500-lumen bulbs – bright enough for ambient dining or living room lighting. Actual brightness depends on the bulbs you choose.
Light color and feel
The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer. Light color (Kelvin) is determined by your bulb choice – warm white (2700-3000K) is recommended for a cozy, incandescent-like glow.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions: 28.25 in wide x 28.25 in deep x 15.5 in high. Height is adjustable from 15.5 in to 48 in via the included wire and chain. Canopy is 5.25 in diameter. Suitable for sloped ceilings up to 90 degrees.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped. To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
