Is the bulb included? No, a standard E26 bulb (max 60W) is required but not included.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Dimmability depends on the bulb used. Use a compatible dimmer for LED or incandescent bulbs.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? This fixture is UL listed for dry locations only. It is not suitable for bathrooms with direct water exposure or outdoor use.
What's the warranty? Warranty information is not specified by the manufacturer.
What is the difference between semi-flush and flush mount? Semi-flush mounts hang slightly below the ceiling, providing more ambient light and a decorative look, while flush mounts sit directly against the ceiling.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
