The fan does not include a light kit but is compatible with an optional A19 bulb-based light kit (sold separately).

Airflow and performance
The 52-inch fan with a 153mm x 12mm AC motor and 12-degree blade pitch provides strong airflow. Three motor speeds allow you to adjust comfort. The fan is controlled via pull chain or optional wall switch (not included).

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
