Description
A 60-inch wet-rated LED ceiling fan from Kichler's Szeplo Patio collection, featuring a satin black finish, etched cased opal glass light kit, and industrial-inspired design for outdoor living spaces.
Inspired by industrial machinery, the Szeplo Patio fan lets you be the designer. Choose the fan body and blades to match your personal taste. This model includes satin black non-reversible blades and an integrated 17W LED light with etched cased opal glass. The DC motor offers six speeds and energy-efficient performance, while the wet rating makes it suitable for covered patios, lanais, and pergolas.
Best for
- Covered patios, lanais, and porches with direct exposure to rain or moisture
- Outdoor kitchens and dining areas needing both airflow and ambient light
- Large covered spaces up to 20x20 ft, thanks to the 60-inch blade span
- Transitional-style homes where industrial accents complement the decor
Not ideal for
- Indoor-only rooms - this fan is optimized for wet-rated outdoor use
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft - the fan hangs 16.25 inches from the ceiling
- Areas requiring a remote control - not included (sold separately)
How bright is it?
The integrated 17W LED produces approximately 1,500 lumens (estimated based on typical LED efficiency), equivalent to a 100W incandescent bulb. This provides ample ambient light for outdoor dining and lounging.
Light color and feel
The LED emits 3000K warm white light with a CRI of 80, offering a soft, inviting glow that flatters skin tones and outdoor finishes. The etched cased opal glass diffuses light evenly, reducing glare.
Sizing and fit
The fan has a 60-inch blade span and a height of 16.25 inches from ceiling to bottom. It includes a 6-inch downrod and can accommodate slopes up to 30 degrees. The wire length is 78 inches. Ideal for medium to large covered outdoor areas.
