Description
A 3-light linear pendant from the Roswell collection, finished in brushed nickel with white satin etched glass, designed for kitchen islands and dining areas.
The Roswell pendant combines a sleek brushed nickel finish with satin etched glass shades, creating a distinctive linear silhouette. Its contemporary style fits well in modern and transitional homes, providing ambient light over a kitchen island or dining table.
Best for
- Kitchen islands 4-6 ft long, centered over the counter for task and ambient lighting
- Dining rooms with a rectangular table, hung 30-36 inches above the tabletop
- Open-concept living areas where a linear fixture defines the dining zone
- Entryways with a 7-8 ft ceiling, hung as a statement piece
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Spaces with ceilings under 8 ft if you need the full 36-inch chain drop
- Small powder rooms where a compact fixture would be more proportional
How bright is it?
With three 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), the fixture can produce up to 4500 lumens - bright enough for a kitchen island or dining table. For a softer glow, use lower-wattage or dimmable bulbs.
Light color and feel
The satin etched glass diffuses light evenly, reducing glare. Bulb color temperature is not specified; choose warm white (2700K-3000K) for a cozy feel or cool white (3500K-4000K) for task lighting. The fixture is not specified as dimmable, but using dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer may allow dimming.
Sizing and fit
The pendant measures 18 inches wide and 7.25 inches high, with a 36-inch chain and 66-inch wire. The overall height can range from 7.25 to 49 inches. The backplate is 5 inches in diameter. Ideal for ceilings 8-10 ft high.
