Description
A 33-inch 4-light bathroom vanity light from Kichler's Niles collection in antique pewter finish with clear seeded glass, rated for damp locations.
The Niles bath vanity light features a transitional design with an antique pewter finish and clear seeded glass shades. It accommodates four 100W A19 bulbs (not included) and can be installed with glass up or down for flexible light direction. ETL listed for damp locations, making it suitable for bathroom use. The fixture extends 7.25 inches from the wall.
Best for
- Bathroom vanities 48-60 inches wide, mounted horizontally above the mirror for even task lighting
- Powder rooms or hallways where a 4-light fixture provides ample ambient light
- Damp locations such as bathrooms with ventilation (not directly in shower spray)
- Transitional or traditional interiors with antique pewter or warm metal finishes
Not ideal for
- Outdoor uncovered areas or wet locations (shower interiors) - damp rated only
- Small vanities under 36 inches where the 33-inch width may overhang
- Spaces requiring a sleek modern or minimalist look
How bright is it?
With four 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), the maximum output is approximately 6400 lumens (assuming 1600 lumens per 100W bulb). This is very bright, suitable for task lighting over a large vanity. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.
Light color and feel
The clear seeded glass provides a textured, slightly diffused light. Bulb choice determines color temperature: warm white (2700-3000K) creates a cozy, flattering light; cool white (3500-4000K) offers a crisp, clean look for grooming. The fixture is dimmable when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer.
