How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb used. With a 100W incandescent bulb, it can produce up to 1600 lumens - suitable for ambient lighting in a covered area. Using a lower wattage or LED bulb reduces brightness.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K bulb. The clear seeded glass diffuses light softly, creating a pleasant glow.
Sizing and fit
The pendant is 6 inches wide and 11.75 inches high, with an adjustable overall height up to 50 inches (including 36-inch chain and 71-inch wire). The backplate is 5 inches in diameter. It works well on ceilings 8-9 feet high.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
