How bright is it?
With five 100W incandescent bulbs (not included), the chandelier can produce up to approximately 5000 lumens total - bright enough to illuminate a medium to large dining or living room. For a softer glow, use lower wattage or dimmable LED bulbs.

The satin etched glass shades diffuse light evenly, creating a warm, inviting ambiance. The fixture is dimmable when used with compatible dimmer switches and dimmable bulbs, allowing you to adjust the mood from bright and lively to soft and intimate.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. The fixture uses five standard A19 bulbs with medium base (E26), up to 100W each.
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard incandescent or LED dimmer rated for the total wattage.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? No, this chandelier is rated for dry locations only (ETL_Dry). It should not be installed in bathrooms, covered patios, or outdoors.
What's the warranty? Kichler offers a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
How do I adjust the hanging height? The fixture includes a 36-inch chain and 39-inch wire. You can shorten the chain by removing links to achieve your desired height.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
