Description
A 6-inch flush mount light kit for ceiling fans, finished in Anvil Iron steel, designed for indoor use.
This Kichler flush mount kit adds integrated lighting to your ceiling fan. The Anvil Iron finish complements industrial and transitional decor, while the steel construction ensures durability. Ideal for rooms where a ceiling fan already exists but needs a light source.
Best for
- Bedrooms and living rooms with ceiling fans, adding ambient light without a separate fixture
- Covered patios or porches with ceiling fans (dry location only)
- Replacing an existing fan light kit that is outdated or damaged
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas exposed to moisture - rated for dry locations only
- Spaces where a standalone ceiling light is preferred over a fan-mounted kit
How bright is it?
Brightness depends on the bulb you install. This kit accepts one 60W B-type bulb (not included). With a standard 60W incandescent bulb, expect about 800 lumens - similar to a typical room light. For more or less brightness, choose a compatible LED or CFL bulb.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by the bulb you choose. For a warm, cozy feel, use a 2700K-3000K bulb. For a cooler, more energizing light, choose 4000K-5000K. The fixture itself does not affect color temperature.
Sizing and fit
The kit measures 6 inches wide and 2.75 inches high. It fits standard ceiling fan mounting brackets. Check your fan's compatibility before purchase.
