Description
A 36-inch steel fan downrod in a distressed black finish, designed for ceiling fans with 12-foot ceilings.
This Kichler downrod is a sturdy steel accessory that extends your ceiling fan to the ideal height. The distressed black finish complements many fan styles. With a 1-inch outer diameter, it fits most standard ceiling fans.
Best for
- Ceiling fans in rooms with 12-foot ceilings, providing proper clearance
- Replacing an existing downrod to adjust fan height
- Indoor or covered outdoor fans where a durable steel rod is needed
Not ideal for
- Fans with a downrod diameter other than 1 inch OD
- Ceilings lower than 12 feet, as the 36-inch length may be too long
Style and finish
The distressed black finish has a slightly weathered, matte appearance that works well with industrial, rustic, or modern farmhouse decor.
