With four 6-watt LED bulbs (not included), the total output is approximately 2400 lumens, comparable to a 200-watt incandescent. This provides ample ambient light for kitchen tasks and dining, but may not be sufficient as the sole light source in very large rooms.

Is the bulb included? No, bulbs are not included. We recommend four 6-watt T10 LED bulbs with medium base (E26).
Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? Yes, when used with dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch. Use a standard leading-edge or trailing-edge dimmer rated for LED loads.
Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for damp locations, so it can be used in bathrooms (not directly in shower spray) and covered outdoor areas, but not in wet locations.
What's the warranty? The fixture comes with a 2-year finish warranty and lifetime electrical warranty.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
