Description
A 7-inch semi-flush mount ceiling light in matte black with a curved clear blown-glass shade, sized for bedrooms, hallways, and other low-ceiling spaces.
The Summer Jazz collection pairs clean modern lines with artisan craftsmanship, and the curved clear blown-glass shade is the centerpiece. The sleek matte black finish keeps the look crisp and contemporary while still fitting traditional and transitional interiors. At just 11.5 inches tall, it hugs the ceiling - a smart choice where a full pendant would hang too low.
Best for
- Bedrooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, mounted as a central ceiling light
- Hallways and foyers where a low-profile fixture keeps sightlines open
- Walk-in closets, laundry rooms, and other small utility spaces
- Pairing with other Summer Jazz pieces for a coordinated look
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - rated for dry indoor locations only
- Large rooms over 12 x 12 ft where a single 60W bulb won't provide enough light
- Sloped ceilings - not rated for sloped ceiling installation
How bright is it?
Uses one 60W E26 bulb (not included). Lumen output depends on the bulb you choose - a standard 60W-equivalent LED produces roughly 800 lumens, enough for ambient light in a small room but not as a primary light for a large space.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you install. With a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb, the clear glass shade lets the bulb's glow read clean and bright while the matte black finish keeps the surrounding look grounded and modern. Dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch and dimmable bulb.
Sizing and fit
Overall 7 in W x 11.5 in H. Shade is 7 in D x 7 in W x 8 in H; backplate is 5.25 in W x 5.25 in H. Best in rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings and footprints up to about 12 x 12 ft.
