Description
A 5.5-inch, 1-light flush mount with a clear glass shade and a matte black finish - a compact ceiling light for hallways, entryways, and utility rooms.
The Norro collection brings modern geometric design to a small-scale ceiling fixture. A single conical clear glass shade sits on a sleek matte black frame, so the look stays clean and minimal - a good fit for mid-century modern and retro-inspired rooms that need a small, low-profile light.
Best for
- Hallways and entryways where a compact ceiling light is needed
- Utility rooms, laundry rooms, and closets
- Bedrooms and small rooms that need a single accent light
- Pairing in multiples along a hallway or in a row
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms, covered patios, or any outdoor area - rated for dry indoor locations only
- Large rooms where a single 5.5 in fixture won't provide enough coverage
- Spaces where you want a dramatic statement piece - this is a small, understated design
How bright is it?
With one 60W bulb, this flush mount produces up to 800 lumens - roughly the output of a single 60W incandescent bulb. That's enough for a hallway or utility room, but it's an accent light rather than a primary room light.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulb you choose. Use a 2700K-3000K warm white bulb for a soft, inviting glow in hallways and bedrooms, or a 4000K bulb for a crisper, more modern feel. The fixture is dimmable with standard wall dimmers.
Sizing and fit
The flush mount measures 5.5 in wide by 11.25 in tall, so it sits close to the ceiling - a good choice for rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings where a pendant would hang too low. The clear glass shade is open at the bottom, making bulb changes easy.
