Designers Fountain Norro 21in 4-Light Semi-Flush Mount | Modern Matte Black and Clear Glass | Bedroom & Hallway | 21 x 8.5 in | Model D290C-SF-MB

A 21-inch, 4-light semi-flush mount with clear conical glass shades and a matte black finish - a modern ceiling light for bedrooms, hallways, and entryways.

The Norro collection brings modern geometric design to a low-profile ceiling fixture. Four conical clear glass shades sit close to the ceiling on a sleek matte black frame, so the look stays clean and minimal - a good fit for mid-century modern and retro-inspired rooms that don't have the ceiling height for a full pendant.

Best for

• Bedrooms and guest rooms with standard 8-9 ft ceilings
• Hallways and entryways where a low-profile ceiling light is needed
• Utility rooms, laundry rooms, and other medium-sized spaces
• Dining nooks and breakfast areas that need ambient light without a hanging fixture

Not ideal for

• Bathrooms, covered patios, or any outdoor area - rated for dry indoor locations only
• Large open rooms where a single 21 in fixture won't provide enough coverage
• Spaces where you want a dramatic statement piece - this is a low-profile, understated design

How bright is it?

With four 60W bulbs, this semi-flush mount produces up to 3200 lumens - roughly the output of four 60W incandescent bulbs. That's enough to light a bedroom or hallway comfortably, though larger rooms may need additional light sources.

Light color and feel

Light color depends on the bulbs you choose. Use 2700K-3000K warm white bulbs for a soft, inviting glow in bedrooms and hallways, or 4000K bulbs for a crisper, more modern feel. The fixture is dimmable with standard wall dimmers.

Sizing and fit

The semi-flush mount measures 21 in wide by 8.5 in tall, so it sits close to the ceiling - a good choice for rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings where a pendant would hang too low. The clear glass shades are open at the bottom, making bulb changes easy.
