The Whitney pendant is a sculptural piece of functional art. Each shade is hand-blown using a multi-layer technique, with hues of amber, teal, and saffron yellow derived from real gold and silver. How bright is it?

With a single 60W medium-base bulb (not included), this pendant outputs approximately 800 lumens - similar to a traditional 60W incandescent. It's ideal for accent and ambient lighting, not as the sole light source for a large room.

Light color and feel

The glass shade filters light into warm amber, teal, and saffron tones, creating a cozy, artistic glow. The color temperature depends on the bulb you choose; a 2700K-3000K bulb will enhance the warm tones. The fixture is dimmable when used with a compatible dimmer and dimmable bulb.

Sizing and fit

The pendant measures 33 inches in diameter and 8 inches in height, with a 24-inch chain for hanging. It suits rooms with 9-10 ft ceilings; for higher ceilings, additional chain may be needed (not included). The overall height is 33 inches.

Frequently asked

Is the bulb included? No, the bulb is not included. It requires one 60W medium-base bulb (E26).

Is it dimmable, and what dimmer should I use? The fixture is dimmable when used with a standard incandescent or LED dimmer and a dimmable bulb. We recommend a leading-edge dimmer for best performance.

Can I install this in a bathroom or outdoors? It is rated for interior damp locations, so it can be used in covered outdoor areas or bathrooms without direct water exposure, but not in wet locations.

How does the bronze finish compare to other finishes? The bronze finish is a warm, dark brown with subtle metallic sheen, complementing the amber and teal glass tones. It pairs well with wood, brass, and black accents.
