Brightness depends on the bulb you install. This fixture accepts one 60W candelabra-base bulb; with a standard 60W-equivalent LED you get roughly 800 lumens - enough to light a small island or dining table, but not a whole room.
Light color and feel
Light color is determined by your bulb choice. A 2700K-3000K warm white bulb flatters the antique nickel finish and wood tones; a 4000K bulb gives a crisper task-light feel. This fixture is not dimmable as shipped - dimming depends on the bulb and wall dimmer you pair it with.

Returns
Almost all products on hausappeal.com are returnable. The few exceptions include unsealed mattresses, assembled or modified products, and clearance merchandise. Any product that is non-returnable will note that on its product page.
All returns must be unused and shipped back in the original packaging to the warehouse address from which the order was shipped.  To initiate a return, send an email to us at Service@hausappeal.com so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the return, you will receive a full refund of product cost minus our outbound shipping costs.
