Description
A 34-inch round pendant light for large kitchen islands and dining rooms, finished in matte black with clear textured glass.
The Saffron pendant from Quoizel's Platinum collection scales up the collection's sleek circular design for bigger spaces. A matte black steel frame surrounds a clear textured glass shade, and the integrated LED shines through to create a soft, sparkling effect. At just 4 inches tall, it delivers a bold diameter without a heavy visual drop.
Best for
- Large kitchen islands 8-10 ft long, hung singly or in pairs
- Dining rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, centered over a large table
- Open-concept living and dining areas that need a statement ceiling piece
- Contemporary and modern interiors that favor clean lines
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Small dining nooks or breakfast bars where a 34-inch diameter would overwhelm the space
- Rooms with vaulted or very high ceilings where a longer drop is needed
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer, but the integrated 37W LED is designed to provide bright ambient light suitable for large dining and kitchen areas. It is not intended as a single-source task light for a whole floor.
Light color and feel
Color temperature is not specified by the manufacturer. The clear textured glass creates a sparkling, contemporary effect. The fixture is dimmable, so you can soften the light for evening dining - use a dimmer rated for LED loads.
