Description
A 14-inch clear glass pendant in matte black, sized for kitchen islands, breakfast nooks, and hallways.
Haven keeps things simple: A clear glass shade on a slim steel stem, finished in matte black. The glass shows off the bulb, so it works with a decorative Edison-style lamp or a plain one. At just over 11 inches tall, it stays out of sightlines in smaller rooms.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and peninsulas - hang one over a sink or pair two or three over a long counter
- Breakfast nooks and casual dining tables that need light without a heavy visual footprint
- Hallways and entryways where a single pendant marks the space
- Home offices and bathrooms with standard ceiling height
Not ideal for
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you want the full 8 ft cord extended
- Anyone wanting a shaded, glare-free downlight - clear glass shows the bulb directly
- Large open foyers that need a statement piece; this is a modest 14 in wide
How bright is it?
Lumen output is not specified by the manufacturer. With one 100W medium-base bulb it delivers bright, direct task light - enough for a kitchen island or breakfast table, not a whole room on its own.
Light color and feel
Color temperature depends on the bulb you choose; the fixture ships without one. A 2700K-3000K bulb gives a warm, inviting glow, while 4000K reads crisper for task work. Dimmability depends on the bulb and wall dimmer used.
Sizing and fit
14 in wide x 14 in deep x 11.25 in tall, with an 8 ft cord and a 5 in canopy. Works well over standard 36 in kitchen islands and in rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings.
