Description
A 14.75-inch two-light pendant with an alabaster glass shade and old bronze steel frame, made for kitchen islands, bars, and dining tables.
The Brecken pendant keeps things streamlined and modern, with a rounded alabaster glass shade that softens the light into a warm, even glow. The old bronze finish adds depth and a slightly traditional warmth that pairs well with wood tones and dark cabinetry. Hang one over a small table or cluster a few over a bar area for a coordinated look.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and bar areas - hang one over a small island or space several over a long counter
- Dining rooms with 8-9 ft ceilings, centered over a table 36-48 in wide
- Living rooms and open-concept spaces that need a warm focal point
- Bedrooms with high ceilings, mounted as a soft statement pendant
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or covered outdoor areas - this pendant is rated for dry locations only
- Rooms with ceilings under 8 ft if you plan to use the full 8 ft cord
- Anyone wanting an exposed-bulb look - the alabaster glass shade fully covers the bulbs
How bright is it?
Two 100W medium base bulbs give this pendant plenty of light for task and ambient use over a kitchen island or dining table. Lumen output depends on the bulbs you choose; it is not specified by the manufacturer.
Light color and feel
Light color depends on the bulbs you install. Warm white (2700K-3000K) bulbs create a soft, inviting tone that suits dining and living spaces. The alabaster glass diffuses the light into a gentle, even glow rather than sharp highlights.
Sizing and fit
Overall dimensions are 14.75 in L x 14.75 in W x 16 in H with an 8 ft cord and a 5 in W x 5 in L canopy. At 14.75 in wide, it suits islands and tables roughly 36-60 in wide. Hang the bottom of the pendant about 30-36 in above a kitchen counter or 30-34 in above a dining table.
