A 4-inch 1-light mini pendant in Olde Bronze with satin etched glass, perfect for kitchen islands, breakfast nooks, and transitional interiors.
The Shailene mini pendant from Kichler features clean lines and an oversized satin etched glass shade in a warm Olde Bronze finish. Its adjustable height makes it versatile for various ceiling heights, providing focused task lighting or ambient accent light.
Best for
- Kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hung 30-36 inches above the counter
- Small dining tables and reading nooks, providing focused light
- Entryways and foyers with low ceilings, used as a single statement or in multiples
- Transitional and modern farmhouse interiors seeking a simple, elegant pendant
Not ideal for
- Bathrooms or outdoor areas - this fixture is rated for dry locations only
- Large rooms where a single mini pendant may not provide sufficient ambient light
- Spaces requiring a dimmable fixture - this model is not specified as dimmable
How bright is it?
With a single 100W incandescent bulb (not included), the fixture can produce up to 1600 lumens - comparable to a 100W bulb, suitable for task lighting over a small area.
Light color and feel
The satin etched glass diffuses light softly, reducing glare and creating a warm, ambient glow. Bulb color temperature depends on your choice; warm white (2700-3000K) is recommended for a cozy atmosphere.
